Jacquard Process Fabric

Our cordless roller blinds use the most advanced jacquard weaving process, with clever technology that gives the fabric a unique concave and convex texture. This makes your room look even more beautiful. The fabric has four layers: a color layer, a jacquard texture layer, a waterproof layer, and a blackout coating. It can block 100% of light, block UV rays, and reduce outside noise, creating a better resting environment.

Color-matching Cassette Valance

The Cassette Valance for our cordless roller blinds has aluminum upper and lower beams wrapped in the same color fabric as your window frame. This makes your room look more harmonious and beautiful. The aluminum valance also better protects the fabric, making it less likely to get stained. Designed with a hidden mounting yard, it effectively reduces light leakage from the top and sides.

Free Stop

Our window system is designed with a free stop, allowing you to control your blinds easily. You can simply pull down or push up to stop them at any position you want, without any difficulty. This ensures your children or pets are safe from harm.

38mm Roll Tube

Our roll tube is thickened for better stress and offers more size options. The closer fit between the fabric and the window frame ensures better light blocking. The gap is minimized, providing a more seamless look.

Inside & Outside Mount

You can choose from inside and outside mounting options:

Inside Mounting: Requires a minimum 2" window frame depth. The order height is the height of your window, and the width is the window width minus 1/4 inch.
Outside Mounting: The order width and height are your window width plus 4 inches, and height plus 4 inches. If you need a custom size not listed, please contact us.

24 Hours Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before Within 24 hours the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund.

30 Days Returns & Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item,You have 30 days after delivery of your order to return an item.

After 30 days of delivery of your order, we will no longer accept returns.

Refund Process & Return conditions:

If it is a quality issue, please provide an order number and attach clear photos of the items that represent the issue.
After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item.Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days.

Make sure your item meets all our return conditions :

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
Your return needs to be sent within the given time frame(3-12 working days)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will credit the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days (bank processing time frame).
